Sylvin Technologies, Inc. offers a wide variety of vinyl compounds for general purpose and industrial applications. We can produce compounds as soft as 45 Shore A, up to a hardness of 70 Shore D. Compounds can be clear, natural or pre-colored to customer specified standards. Furthermore, additives can be incorporated to enhance performance (i.e. flame resistance, low temperature flexibility, fungus, UV and chemical resistance, etc.)
Sylvin also produces vinyl compounds that have been specifically developed for extrusion and injection molding. All compounds are formulated and produced for consistent processing - from lot to lot - through our customer’s equipment. Compounds are developed for a variety of markets and end-use applications.
