Today, Sylvin operates four vinyl compounding production lines in it's Denver, PA facility. Our computerized and calibrated process controls ensure that each and every mix is precise and to exacting measurements. Our extensive material process database ensures formulation integrity and lot-to-lot process consistency and traceability.
Standard and customized compounds can be produced in quantities of 50 pounds up to multiple truckload quantities.
Currently we have the capability to produce both diced pellets and underwater face cut pellets (round). Through efficient project scheduling, each production line runs a complete color cycle. From natural, clear through an almost endless variety of colors, Sylvin has the technology to provide the exact material you want in the quantity you need.
In addition to consistent, high quality production, Sylvin can develop customized inventory programs to ensure the material you need is available when you need it.
